Notcom has just updated his TinyUmbrella utility with support for saving SHSH blobs of iOS 5.0.1 build (9A406) which was released for iPhone 4S only to address some bugs that prevailed in the device.
At the moment saving iOS 5.0.1 SHSH blobs won’t let you downgrade to the previous version of iOS firmware. When Apple would release another iOS update and would probably stop sigining this firmware (5.0.1), only then you would be able to downgrade to previous iOS firmware versions.
