Pakistan's Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Friday approved the issuance of a commemorative postage stamp to pay tribute to Arfa Kareem, the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional.
The purpose of the stamp is to recognize the services of Arfa for the nation. Several important buildings and roads have already been named after her.
Arfa was born in 1995. She completed MCP in 2004 when she was just 9 years old. Arfa suffered an epileptic seizure in December 2011. She lost her life January 14, at the age of sixteen.
